2019 was a year of recognition for Manchester-based manufacturer M&I Materials – who received some impressive accolades; Technical Director Amanda Quadling was named as one of the UK’s top 10 most influential women in engineering and CEO Giles Salt was not only recognised by The Manufacturer as an ‘exemplar’ – an inspirational individual working in UK industry, he was also acknowledged as ‘One to Watch’ in The Telegraph’s Most Ambitious Business Leaders of 2019.
M&I Materials won the Manchester Evening News Business of the Year Award (£25-£50m category) and the North West International Trade Awards. They were also highly commended in the Business Growth and Strategy category at Make UK’s North West awards dinner.
