From Chairman to Secretary
Director of Webster-Wilkinson Ltd. Working in electrical engineering manufacturing since 1976, Tony has been especially involved in the test and quality field for rotating machines, transformers and switchgear. For the last 25 years, he has been involved in designing, manufacturing and testing high-voltage bushings using ceramic, paper and resin insulation materials.
Attila Gyore has a PhD degree from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, with a focus on superconducting transformers. Attila works at M&I Materials as a senior application engineer, where he is an expert in the applications of natural and synthetic ester liquids and retrofilling of transformers.
Malcolm is the former Manager of Jones Stroud Insulations Electrical Insulation Business Unit and, having over 30 years experience, provides technical support on the design and use of insulation systems for the rotating machines industry around the world.
Andrew has worked in the field of resin and varnish products for electrical insulation for over 40 years and is the Impregnating Resin Product Manager for ELANTAS Europe Business Line Electrical in EMEA. He was also Conference Chairman for Insucon 13 held in 2017.
Cliff Hartshorn is the Managing Director of UK insulations ltd and has been involved in supplying electrical insulation products to the transformer and rotating machine industry for nearly 40 years.
Managing Director of Langtec Limited where he has worked for over 25 years. A qualified accountant by profession he was formerly the FD at Langtec before becoming MD in 2007. Also Chairman of EEIM and a member of the Lancashire Manufacturing Steering Group.
Managing Director at Attwater & Sons Ltd and has been in
the industry for nearly 40 years now, supplying and machining industrial
laminates and composites. Becoming MD in late 2018 was an honour and a challenge to get Attwater moving froward into its next 150 years of trading. Joining the EIA board in 2021 will continue the long tradition of Attwater’s involvement in the association.
