The 11th INSUCON conference was held in a new venue. The IET Austin Court Birmingham has conference hall ideal for INSUCON and it is likely to become its home for some years to come. The adjacent hall proved to be an ideal space for the INSUCON Exhibition which provides essential financial support for INSUCON as well as providing exhibitors an excellent opportunity to network with experts in the field of Electrical Insulation.
INSUCON 2009 was opened by Chairman, Jeremy Wheeler who introduced the keynote speaker, John Scott of KEMA Consulting who spoke informatively on “Tomorrow’s electricity Grids-The revolution”
The conference was supported with papers and delegates from around the world who recognise INSUCON as the premier conference based solely on Electrical Insulation related topics.
