The EIA Autumn Social Event was held in the 4* Bailbrook House, a Grade II listed property, set within 20 acres of private grounds, with commanding views towards central Bath and the countryside.
As usual, by a free bar for guests, was available from 6 pm and 7 pm, the guests were entertained by a talk on Bath by an enthusiastic representative of ‘Tailored Walking Tours’. Dinner, preceded by champagne was served in the Lansdowne room. Up to two couples were given complimentary entry from each Member company and 39 people attended.
On the Saturday morning, many of the guests took advantage of one of those walking tours, although those who left it later in the day took a soaking for their troubles and had to take refuge in a local hostelry
