Langtec receive the Queens Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2012

The presentation took place on 21 September at the Langtec premises in Accrington. There were guests from the USA, France & Ireland for a couple of days of celebration, culminating in the presentation and a party at a nearby hotel for our guests, all our staff and their partners.

A very full but very enjoyable and incredibly proud couple of days for all the employees at Langtec Ltd.
The photograph shows (from the left) Bob Berry, Lord Shuttleworth (Lord-Lieutenant of Lancashire), who made the presentation on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, Andrew Turner and the Worshipful Mayor of Hyndburn, Cllr John Broadley, who represented Accrington.

Bob and Andrew met the Queen at Buckingham Palace on 13 November.
